The Organizing Committee invites abstracts related to the thematic areas of the symposium from scientists, academicians, industry professionals/ consultants, research scholars, and students. We also encourage case studies related to zoonoses and food safety. The abstract should include a title, list of authors, their affiliations, research question, material and methods, main results, conclusion, and /or discussion points. The length of the abstract should not exceed 300 words and it should be prepared as per the guidelines given under abstract submission at www.iavphscon.org/abstract-submission.php. The presenting author is required to ensure that all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. All the accepted abstracts will be published in the IAVPHSCON-2024 proceedings.

The abstract should be submitted through an online system available at www.iavphscon.org. All the abstracts submitted will be reviewed and selected for oral/poster presentations on the recommendation of the scientific committee. Participants are requested to submit abstract/s through the online system not later than 20th October 2024. The portal will be closed after 20th October 2024 and no paper/abstract will be accepted after this date. At least one of the authors should register for the conference, only registered participants will be allowed to present the oral papers/poster. Once an abstract is accepted, participants can register through online system latest by 20th October 2024 (early bird) but not later than 30th October 2024 (with late fee).
